Teresa Todd, MBA, MA has more than 20 years of experience in the marketing, business development and public relations fields. Industry experience includes entertainment, product, professional services, retail, banking and entrepreneurial start-up business concerns; public agency engagements focus on municipalities and local school districts; nonprofit engagements include 501(c)(3) organizations, regional arts organizations, and business and industry trade associations.

She holds several advanced degrees from the University of Southern California in strategic-centered fields: M.B.A. Marketing and Finance from USC’s Marshall School of Business and a M.A. in Strategic Public Relations from USC’s Annenberg School for Communication, School of Journalism. Teresa is an adjunct professor at Loyola Marymount University | Los Angeles.

Teresa believes in the convergence of disciplines, combining the principles of public relations with the tenets of business, advertising, social media and corporate governance for an integrated approach to communication, evaluation and business development.

Creative Direction


SD Creative Services brings 20-plus years experience to Point of View Communications, including the principal's 10 years as Creative Director for a national advertising communications agency and another decade in art direction and graphic production.

SD Creative Services is responsible for the development of award-winning creative campaigns and communication materials for several Fortune 500 companies and major brands. They have won several Employment Management Association (EMA) Awards in employee recruitment and communications, and has been honored by the American Advertising Federation as recipient of multiple ADDY Awards for Creative Design and Multi-Media Marketing Integration.

With extensive experience interfacing with multiple vendors and outside creative sources, SD Creative Services brings a full range of services to any project, regardless of size or complexity.


Rachel Coulson
Account Manager

Rachel Coulson is a recent graduate of California State University, Chico. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism with an option in public relations, a minor in business administration and a minor in economics.

Rachel’s extensive coursework at Chico State included qualitative and quantitative market and target public research; technical multimedia projects; and writing in journalistic style, enhancing her natural talent for compelling multi-platform storytelling.

Rachel’s past public relations experience includes account and event planning internships; social media marketing and management; and financial and economic analysis.Her primary areas of interest include: entertainment, nonprofit, corporate communications, small businesses and finance.
